I have been renting through JNL properties going on two years now, and it has been a great experience and a wonderful place to live for me and my two children. Sheri, who is one of the property managers is so kind and helpful for whenever I need something. Maintenance is super quick to respond if there is ever an issue . I would highly recommend JNL properties to anyone looking to rent in the Plattsburgh area.

We’ve been renting through jnl for about 4-5 years now and they’ve been wonderful. Any issues we’ve had have been taken care of within a day or two, we also upgraded apartments and transferred leases with ease as well.
I've been in my apartment from JNL for about 3 years now and it has honestly been one of the most pleasant renting experiences I have had. Coming from a previous landlord who was disrespectful, inconsiderate and made renting a nightmare, JNL has been a pleasant change. I even have a dog, which usually makes renting difficult, but with JNL I signed the forms needed for her and have had 0 issues since. They have been kind and responsive whenever I've had an issue. Sheri has been especially kind, which is truly appreciated. I'm a teacher and there are times in the summer things are tight, and she has been understanding and patient when necessary. Overall I've been happy with my experience at JNL, and when I look to move to a bigger place in the next year, I will definitely be looking through their listings first. 🙂
I rented from JNL for 2 years and they are all great people to rent from. Maintenance issues were always resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend!!!
I have been with JNL for 4 years now. Before the office ladies who are in now took over, the previous ladies made asking for the simplest of tasks difficult. Now when i have a problem or if i know i’ll be a little bit late on rent they work with me and there’s ZERO hostility or problems. They were nice enough to take on a first time renter and they are still letting me reside! Communication goes a long way with anything and once thats established, this property team is the best! Sheri really goes above and beyond for her tenants, I know as a first time renter she has made a lot of scary stuff easier to process!
