James Latinville is a licensed Real Estate Broker and native of Plattsburgh. In 1985 he began acquiring and building apartments in the City of Plattsburgh. With acquisitions, development, construction, management and maintenance of residential properties he has grown to become one of the areas largest real estate property owners.
With the growth of our rental properties JNL Management Services, LLC was created to provide property management for all locations. We have a 24 hour – 7 days a week on call maintenance team and office staff located in Downtown Plattsburgh. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
